Last year we welcomed 52 AoS players to Warfare and were the largest tournament there.

@elfordminis I’d recommend maintenance for a few weeks, 10kg is a lot of weight to lose. This should be eating 100 kcal lower than your BMR. If energy levels are ok and weight stays around the same then plan the next stage. This could be a 200 kcal deficit or increased exercise.
