@comcast one week to get a tech, 5 min for them to tell me they need to dig a line, 2 weeks to get a dig crew, no schedules...this is unacceptable when you work from home. Not sure when I'm supposed to get service. I guess I'll have to arrange for this to take 3 to 4 weeks. Sad
@comcast I want to open a new account, but my home is not found online. I called the number and it refuses to let me speak to anyone, looping on trying to find my account (I don't have an account, I am new).
