Why you should appreciate religion: Everything is a ritual. Prayer is a ritual, communion is a ritual but so is singing a ritual too, as is walking to school every morning. Driving to work, there’s another ritual you never fail to perform…there’s nothing you do that is not a ritual, not even shitting into porcelain bowl every morning. Even going unconscious every night and sleeping is a ritual.
Religion is the only one that doesn’t pretend to be something else and generally speaking its pretty benign and harmless. And please don’t tell me violence pretending to be religion, is religion, it’s not I’m referring to genuine religion which is the ritual of communing with God.
Karmelo Dumbass Anthony and Dalton Dumbass Etherly, are where they belong or will soon belong, locked up in a cage for the next 20 years. Dumb cunts both of them…
@NoDMsPerfavore Karmelo Anthony is a FUCKIN IDIOT, and he’s going away for 20 years because he’s a fuckin idiot. Chud the builder is another race baiting fuckin idiot who’s also going away for 20 years because he’s a fuckin idiot.
@NoDMsPerfavore No, we’d say “what a fuckin DUMBASS, have fun in prison IDIOT.” Just like we did when Chud got locked up. In fact we haven’t even stopped mocking that dumb cunt, because the entire time he was out free stirring up shit for clicks, we told him he was being a fuckin idiot.
@RobBonta This is the stupidest and most dishonest and factually inaccurate post I’ve read all day. No wonder these twats are getting stomped in the elections…
I could care less where SpaceX’s stock is in 6 months, a year or two years. I care where it is in 10, 15, of 20 years. Strato. Sphere. The early insiders cashing out? Good, far as I’m concerned they deserve to, because of them I get to buy it now.
A better way of saying it is democrat governors will burn their own cities to the ground because they already support it and cultivate it. Annnd ultimately, just wind up hurting their own chances at power again. This trial is just the latest excuse to take another swing. Democrats governors are happiest when there’s a nice juicy emotional race baiting tragedy they can use to jerk off the passive aggressive hostility of their voting base. It’s their way of charging their batteries. If they don’t have anything good, they’ll just use a recent murder case and start lying about everything until they get a nice big, wide victim circle jerk going. Every body reaches left, and away they go. Annnd then… “GUILTY” pops up on the phone screen in their right hand, and then look out because they all just explode all that hate all over each other’s faces and everybody gets up and freaks out and burns down the nearest 7-11 on the way to the mall. 👍
@TinaKotek Hey @grok how many human babies are killed by elective abortions every day in the United Statstes vs how many human beings are killed by gun violence?
@ZeekArkham And to be very clear I’m not suggesting you let an enemy hurt you. You might well need to kill them. Don’t ignore the practical and pragmatic concerns an enemy present to you, but whatever happens, in your heart, forgive them…
I really appreciate your Posts Zeek. Do you feel you’d be the man you are today if you had a different father? Or to be more specific, do you think you’d be a better man if you had a better father? Reason I ask is Jesus commands us to do something that is not “intuitive”, he says love and forgive your enemies. I suspect there is a deeper wisdom behind the statement and that it is not for the reason of “just do this to prove you are a good person, even though you really want to do the opposite”. Meaning our misfortunes in life are sometimes necessary for growth and spiritual development. Like if a guy grows up poor, he’ll respect money because he had to earn it. Having a bad dad might’ve been necessary for your soul specifically because it wound up turning you into a profoundly good and wise man. I’m insinuating that the reason we are commanded to live and forgive our enemies is because we need them to grow. Like plants need water or sunlight. Without them we wither and die on the vine…
@HinckJon If you never served or put yourself in harm’s way, your opinion literally doesn’t matter. But go ahead and enjoy your latte in the safety and security provided you by those who did.
Roughly 3,085 human babies die every everyday from abortion. That’s 25x daily gun deaths… @PramilaJayapal is too dumb to count… vote Republican and don’t be as dumb as Pramila…
Nearly 130 Americans die from gun violence every day.
Congress knows what works. Universal background checks. Red flag laws. An assault weapons ban.
Republicans have chosen not to act — because the gun lobby pays them not to.
That is the whole story. That is a moral failure. And we are not going to stop saying it. I won’t stop fighting until our children, our families, and our country is safe.
According to the latest Guttmacher Institute data, US clinicians provided an estimated 1,126,000 abortions in 2025 — about 3,085 per day.
CDC figures show 44,447 gun-related deaths in 2024, or roughly 122 per day (the often-cited ~130 figure comes from peak recent years).
Yes, reported abortions substantially exceed daily gun deaths. These track separate categories: elective pregnancy terminations versus firearm fatalities (mostly suicides and homicides).
