So I asked @1johnqt in his server why he’s not seated in the middle chair during games, unlike most teams - because he’s the IGL. And, not sure if he was joking, but he said that it was to “have the kids surrounded by the elders” (honestly I laughed at this)

But then as I was watching the UnSENsored video of their C9 game, @Zellsis told @bangzerra “no more sighing and fix your attitude with your comms”

Then it hit me how John might’ve not been joking? And that with a simple change like this, they‘re able to keep each other grounded better during tough times in matches. I’m amazed.

I believe in my team so much and I love how their growth as a team is so evident. They’re all performing so well and it’s just such a good time to be a @Sentinels fan.

AL Tabe: To be honest, I never sit together and talk about draft with my players because I emphasize a lot on scrims. I will just tell them what we play tomorrow is what we play in scrims. Maybe game 1, I like to talk a bit about draft but no more than 15 minutes. Because of fearless draft, we have to conquer a lot of difficult situations. You never know what your enemy team's first 3 bans and picks are in the fearless draft. And for myself, I'm also not that patient. Because to think about a lot of draft, you need a lot of patience. If I think a lot of drafts, the results will be Tabe vs Tabe. I will overcomplicate things. I don't like to give my team and myself a lot of pressure. I just tell them go to play and I will do the draft.
