When asked what she was building with magnetic blocks, she responded without hesitation or prompting “spaceship!” My daughter is two, and I’m just over the moon! I love you baby girl!
Elon just created 4,400 millionaires in a single day.
400 of them are now worth over $100 million.
These aren't VCs. They're SpaceX employees, and the list includes welders, technicians, and cafeteria staff, because for two decades the company paid every level of the workforce in stock instead of higher salaries.
Juan Hernandez immigrated from Mexico and took a $28 an hour contractor welding job in 2015. He says he didn't even know what SpaceX was. The company gave him a $10,000 equity grant and let him buy more shares through payroll deductions. That stake is now worth $880,000.
Trevor Hise's parents wanted him to take a stable job at General Electric. He picked SpaceX instead, stayed 12 years, and accumulated over 100,000 shares. At the $135 listing price that's $13.5 million. He's 37 and semiretired. His words: "The magnitude of this has been ridiculous."
The most telling detail came before the listing. Over 100 employees quietly banded together and negotiated a group wealth management deal covering up to $5 billion, because none of them had ever needed a wealth manager before.
Software IPOs have minted millionaires for 30 years. This is the first one where the money went to the factory floor.
@ARCRaidersGame I need my fossilized lightning showing up in my raider room. Favorite item, personal opinion, but would love to see it in my raider room
The Scotland Meeting Just Changed Everything—And Nobody Saw This Coming
Trump and von der Leyen announced a 15% tariff deal, but that was just the cover story.
The real deal was never about tariffs.
Since the media won't tell you, here's the real breakthrough...
A Thread 🧵
We are honing in on the V3 Starship design.
@SpaceX is tracking to a Starship launch rate of once a week in ~12 months.
That will yield ~100 tons to @Starlink orbit with full reusability.
Profound breakthrough.
The Starship team is go for prop load. Targeting 5:45pm CT for liftoff of Starship’s eighth flight test.
The launch webcast will go live ~40 minutes ahead of liftoff

4 days ago, the California Coastal Commission (CCC) rejected the U.S. Space Force's request to increase the number of Falcon launches from 36 to 50.
They cited environmental concerns, but after listening to the entire meeting, it was clear that this was NOT about the environment. I've compiled some clips from the meeting, and some of them are insane. How on earth are these people allowed to say lies and then regulate private companies? They are stopping progress for political or personal reasons and only care about themselves, not the good that these services provide.
@PicturesFoIder Often two streams of income, one doesn’t cut it right now. If kids at home aren’t in school yet, then the spouses may not be seeing each other as they work opposite shift times to trade watching the kids at home, or one spouse is picking up more than one job. It’s tough today
