@VOXI_UK - I purchased an international data package last weekend while in Croatia for 2 days and had no data the entire time. My phone said I had 4G but the internet never worked. Is there a reason for this? I’m away again this weekend and need to ensure I have internet access.

I'm really unimpressed by the service I've received from @Fossil so far, it has been error after error and minimal communication or answers at each stage. This is an important birthday present that will be very upsetting if this order doesn't come through in time!
