Ultimately delegates have proven again that they want to continue losing.
The good news is that it doesn’t matter.
Michele Tafoya is dominating the primary election and we’re going to win by an obscene margin in August.
Be sure to donate to @Michele_Tafoya today! I just did!
Absolutely great Welcome Party to start Convention Weekend in Duluth! Thank you @BenUtecht and Senator Rudy Boschwitz for being on my team and supporting our campaign.
I’m excited for a great convention and look forward to seeing you this weekend!
Ben Utecht has dedicated his life to building strong families, strong communities, and strong leadership.
That is exactly what this campaign is about.
Ben and I go back a long way and his support means the world to me.
Minnesota needs that kind of principled leadership in Washington right now, and that's exactly what we're going to deliver.
Some mornings, endurance doesn’t feel inspiring. It just feels heavy. Today I choose uncommon endurance.
One step. One decision. One belief at a time.

@drantbradley There's truth in the AAOP study but it doesn't apply to every family. I have 4 girls in club volleyball & we travel all over the country. Zero burnout, zero serious injuries, zero negative impacts on marriage/family! Oldest just fulfilled her D1 scholarship dream! Let's Go!
2004 @Colts training camp, rookie year. I was incredibly anxious. Didn't want to "blow it". I was performing poorly and a couple of coaches were hammering me hard.
Marcus Pollard (kneeling), was in year 10, the rest of us were 2 years or less in the NFL.
As I struggled, Marcus encouraged.
I asked Marcus one day, what year did he finally feel like he "made it"? He very astutely pointed out, "You don't get it...you are here to replace me." (He was right, he got cut after this season)
Despite that, Marcus continued to pour into me (and others) to his own detriment. Helping me hurt him, but it helped the team. And MP is a TEAM guy. His selflessness impacted me deeply, especially after seeing his prediction come true.
In a world full of me-first people, be a Marcus Pollard. You are a real one, MP. Thanks for forwarding this pic.
Not all products are created in a boardroom.
Ours started in a locker room. 🏈
After dealing with repeated foot issues—even while wearing slides—a Super Bowl champion knew something wasn’t adding up.
So he created a better solution.

Former #Vikings WR Adam Thielen gets emotional when thanking his family during his retirement speech:
“When I was going down this journey, and you (his wife) saying ‘I dont know maybe you should get a real job.’ I did get a real job, but a little bit different than you thought.”
Dabo Swinney shares the Gandhi quote that became the foundation of his program and why your beliefs determine your destiny.
"Your beliefs become your thoughts.
Your thoughts become your words.
Your words become your actions.
Your actions become your habits.
Your habits become your values.
And your values become your destiny."
"That's how powerful it is that you believe and you think the right way."
This is why you must guard your mind first.
If you don't believe you can succeed, you won't even try.
"As a man thinketh, so is he."
"If you think you don't deserve it, if you think you're a dog, if you think the world's against you - well, guess what? That'll become your words. That'll become your actions. That'll become your habits. That'll become your values."
"That'll become your destiny."
Choose where to focus because everything follows that.
"Your destiny is determined by what your beliefs are and what your thoughts are."
The chain is clear:
Beliefs → Thoughts → Words → Actions → Habits → Values → Destiny
Actions build habits and your habits build your identity.
It all starts with what you do, what you say, and what you think.

“We’re not going to recruit selfish guys, I guys, or guys who don’t want to pay the price.” - Curt Cignetti 🔥
That line should be printed on every locker room wall in America.
Talent matters.
But mindset, toughness, and team-first habits matter more.
I have been informed by NBC that I won’t be back with FNIA this fall and it has given me time to reflect and also to look ahead.
It’s disappointing news but I want to thank my NBC family for making the last 17 years so special. I’ll have lasting memories of my time there, especially with Rodney Harrison who has become a tremendous friend.
God has always directed me in these moments and while I’m not sure what the next step will be for me—whether it will be in football, in broadcasting, or getting more involved in church and community outreach —I know God has plans for my life and I can’t wait see them unfold. And I am reminded of one of my favorite verses in the Bible-Romans 8:28. “God works all things for His good for those who love the Lord.”
We’ve all been here…
Walking into the campground shower and seeing a wet, slightly slimy floor with dirt and sand tracked in from outside. 😬
That’s why we created Shower Sock™ — a barrier between your feet and shared shower floors.

Peyton Manning on Leadership 🔥.
“It’s never just about you… the best teams I played on, the best players practiced the hardest.”
Playing FOR each other is contagious.
It is what being a great teammate is all about.

Nick Saban: "We need to come up with a system... to allow student athletes in all sports, including women's and olympic sports, to enhance their quality of life, while going to college — but still provide opportunity to advance themselves beyond their athletic career."
Shared belief is the invisible engine of culture. One person believing is inspiring. When a team believes movement begins. They believe in the mission, in each other, & to win together. Culture shifts from compliance to commitment. Cultures aren’t built on policies but on belief!
