Well, it's official — the Mariners announced an Alumni Home Run Derby, and somehow I made the list. 😂⚾️
I've taken a few swings in derbies over the years and gotten lucky a time or two, but that was a while ago. The current training regimen is mostly vibes, snacks, and pretending my back doesn't make a noise when I bend over. If you hear a loud crack on August 7th, it's either a home run or me pulling something important.
