@DHLParcelUK Your phone service is awful with no option to speak to someone. DHL tried to deliver an item for my wife they didn't stay by the door long and went away. The item is medical equipment for my wife and i'd like this redelivered today.

Call customer service to stress we were told cable would be laid prior to set up on the 2nd Aug and told nothing will be done til late Aug now
