I’ve spent the last year obsessively analyzing AI business ideas. Looking at unit economics, talking to developers, almost building a few.

Most of them don’t work. Some quietly print money. Almost nobody shows you the actual math.

So here’s what I’m going to do:

For the next 30 days I’m posting one AI business idea per day, with the real numbers. Revenue, costs, margins, churn, and whether I’d actually build it.

No hype. No “this will 10x your life.” Just what makes money, what’s a trap, and the difference.

Should we be more concerned about frontier models getting banned from general public use so only few reap the reward or should we be more concerned about open source models becoming as powerful as fable being available to all, including bad actors?
