@KwabenaPumpkin Dude! Which part of your brain makes you think this is your write-up is okay? Do you think gender based violence is a thing for debate, huh! do not be silly! You still have time to delete this nonsense you wrote. Derek! 😡
@GhPoliceService What are the criteria for being a teacher in this country again?!? Lock that psychopath up, no possibility of parole and throw the key away. I hope the lady is ok & sound, cos this def traumatic experience for her. Damn!
@af_ia_blue Finally someone with a clear conscience! Cos clearly this is an abuse of power and authority. The worst scenario is Twum Barima stated he's a lawyer and still devours the code of conduct. Once one asks for a lawyer every form of communication ceases. “More like I plead the fifth”
@KafuiDey I am a subscriber but I'd like Kafui to tone down his voice, the act of shock, and the over-repetition of questions etc. Give them room to flow & most times pet their back a bit. Merge their energies. A research here & there & a bit of gossip will enable also. 💯
The irony of telling people, “If you want your children to have freedom of self-expression, send them to an international school,” is wild to me.
Do you understand the tone we’re setting for classism?
We’re basically saying that freedom, the right to choose how to wear your hair, dress, or express yourself, is reserved for the privileged.
That if you want your child to have choices, you must buy them.
That in Ghana, choice is for the rich. Everyone else must obey.
Think about it, we’ve built a system where:
To get better education, you need money.
To get better healthcare, you need money.
To live with dignity, you need money.
And if you’re poor, you have no choice. No freedom. No voice.
What’s sad is, even the most “progressive” people defend this. The same people who call themselves woke don’t see the irony in saying “then take your child to a better school.”
You’re admitting that equality doesn’t exist, and you’re fine with it.
And No I won’t stop speaking on this, even if the change will not be in my lifetime.
Because I understand that the privileges I enjoy today, are because someone fought for me..
@lydiaforson@moliymusic Her self-awareness was on speed dial. We can equally rely on Moliy! she has a thing the average Ghanaian doesn't. That time she sounded very Ghanaian. 🤷♂️
@kobe_boujee88 I urge all Ghanaians here to find the DJ Norie page on socials and school him to Life. A constructive criticism I mean not the “Aboa, Kwasia, gyimi, ofui “comments rather a well-detailed English schoolin’. Cos Wow!
