@UtahDepOfHealth You guys should really do your research. Last I checked, the CDC has confirmed it is distillate THC cartridges off the streets that are causing this issue due to spiking with Vitamin E & Hydrogen Cyanide. Nicotine vaping has been regulated by the FDA since day 1.
