This is my final Smash 4 Kirby matchup chart. Miis are assumed to be default size/custom moves, and characters are roughly ordered in their tiers from left to right. Please comment or DM me if you want to discuss anything you see!
@garygbs2nd@CerosTV A significant percentage of people out there (children for example) would be offered this choice and wouldn't understand that, and the scenario says "private" so they can't ask anyone for advice about it. Condemning all of those people is wrong when there is a way to save them.
@Majora__Z@KirbyAirRiders I'm only guessing from the clips we've seen of Tank Star so far; I think the Slick Star is likely to be a lot better at gliding and will have a much faster boost charge, while the Tank Star will actually be able to steer well without boosting and will be heavier and more durable
@TheAfroSmash If you plan on playing all of them and you don't play Dark Souls first, when you come back to it without any nostalgia factor to prop it up then it will probably feel super clunky to you.
If you're only going to play one though, I'd vote Bloodborne if you can get it
@NathanBishopTCG What is Rigid Band doing for you specifically? I built a deck similar to this and ended up taking it out for more consistency (a Hilda and another Latias)
@Ki11ersix I want them to change the health-gating and shield-gating system, so that feeling tanky in endgame combat is actually possible. I'm fed up of 90% of defensive perks and shields being useless, and endgame combat just being a yo-yo of nearly dying/FFYL into fully healing instantly
@j_rem85@SaladBarFan It's not quite the same as scalping - these services don't book the initial slots, they just get first dibs on the open slots left by people that cancel. Their site automatically pays and books the open slot, then everyone with the app gets an email and has 10 minutes to book it.
@TheItanoCircus@Kopter__ I feel like they should just re-release Ultimate as a Deluxe version with all the DLC included and a cosmetics/costumes system, then release a smaller new Smash more focused on eSports/competitive alongside it.
Trying to go bigger than Ultimate probably wouldn't succeed IMO
@AbrandNewMac "Deck hire" with coins, and a hire ladder to test them in. Once you have bought every single cosmetic in the shop they do nothing. Why not let us try out the battle decks they sell on store shelves in exchange for coins, without actually giving players the cards?
@AbrandNewMac I want them to print a fat Snorlax ex with 230+ HP, 4 retreat cost, a generic attack for 2 or 3 energy that does enough to OHKO Dusknoir, and this or a similar ability:
"Thanks for the Food"
Whenever you take a Prize card during your opponent's turn, your opponent's turn ends.
@AbrandNewMac Dusknoir + Counter Catcher is absolutely toxic, and I just have no interest in a meta where you can often lose turn 1 going second before you have even played a single card if your opponent sets up well enough
@VideoSealMan Huge events for competitive singles on cart would take an impossible amount of time. When the switch and attack animations take like 30 seconds each and games average at like 20+ turns, it's unbearable to watch and not really that much fun to play either
@SuperGirlKels Balloon knockback combined with the coloured knockback smoke all over the screen all the time makes for scrappy gameplay and a lot of visual mess
