@eurowings And when I asked for her name so as to make a complaint she point blank refused to give it. Absolutely appalling.

@eurowings Incredibly rude staff at the check-in desk in . Having queued for 15 mins, she came and changed the sign of the queue to no longer being standard check-in and only for priority customers.

@eurowings After I explained I'd been waiting for a long time she aggressively and rudely told me it wasn't her fault and I had to join the now extremely long other queue. 100% would not recommend anyone to fly with Eurowings if this is how they deal with their mistakes.
