This holiday season, we’re highlighting fellow nonprofits in Baltimore that are doing amazing things for the community! Our first nonprofit highlight goes to @mdbookbank, a nonprofit committed to cultivating literacy in children from under-resource neighborhoods.
The wait is finally over! Beneficial Pain announces our third annual Change The Pain Scholarship where we award 3 winners $1,000 each school year for 4 years; $4,000 total per winner. Applications can be found on https://t.co/euA9ETaAcH, and will close May 1st, 2022!
In the season of Thanksgiving , we will be having a Fall Fest as part of our Community Pantry program on November 20th at Exeter Community Garden.
Join us for a a day celebrating community and giving. We will have various kid-friendly activities, refreshments, and giveaways.
Throughout the year, members of We the Change will help to maintain, stock, and distribute nonperishable food items from the pantry under the leadership of @BeneficialPain and in conjunction with community volunteers.
@BeneficialPain launched their community pantry project this morning alongside a few members of the @BoysLatinSchool’s We the Change club! The pantry is located in the Exeter Community Garden and serves the Jonestown neighborhood.
