The famous Dunes of Maspalomas are only a ten minute walk away and the FAMOUS beach can be reached in 30 minutes on foot or 5 minutes or so by taxi. A communal pool set amongst tranquil gardens and all the local amenities that you will need for a great stay - Supermarkets, Restaurants, Cafes, Pharmacies, Banks, Hairdressers, Car Rental & Bus stops for easy access to the other Island hotspots in the South & North of the island.
The apartment has a private quiet terrace and is non-smoking. The apartment comes with one bedroom with King Size Bed, one bathroom, A sofa Bed, Kitchen, a Flat-screen TV, Free WiFi, Iron, Ironing board, Hairdryer & Washing machine. Security is managed by SECURITAS. Safe / free parking (first come first serve basis) or you can usually find parking places in the local area. Check in @ 3pm & Check out @ 11am (Open to negotiation)
