@AskeBay HI, can I ask why there are so many inconsistences, when asking for a late dispatch strike to be removed? All orders are dispatched same or next day, using @RoyalMail RM24 service, however, the issues are with the RM scanning incorrectly. or not at all.

@Ofcom we have a consistent problem with Royal Mail not scanning RM24/48 items although this as part of the agreed service level, are we paying for a service they cannot provide?

@AskeBay Again, stonewalled by eBay, with regards to tracking edi between them and @RoyalMailHelp , causing late delivery strikes even though items are dispatched well within time frame.

@RoyalMailHelp , hi we dispatch our post via RM24, and is collected from us, can you tell me why if something is collected on the 22nd, is not scanned as accepted until several days later, oh and delivered on the same day 😡

@AskeBay I am trying to enter item specifics against a particular listing, ebay accept it, then 10 minutes later, the specifics are gone, and i have to enter again, please advise if there is a bug in the system..
