Indian P.M. thanked U.A.E. , P.M. Sheikh Mohammad for donating 700 crore rupees to Kerala. While he himself sanctioned only 600 crore rupees and not declared the deluge as National Disaster . What can be more #shameful than this ?@PMOIndia @ndtv @narendramodi
