原因是抚仙湖生态保护红线。项目舞台距湖岸仅200-300米，属于国家一级水源保护区核心缓冲区，大型演唱会+数万人聚集易产生污水、垃圾、噪音污染，威胁湖泊Ⅰ类水质和脆弱生态。
