@British_Airways There’s no point selling tickets that can only be modified by phone if you don’t have the capability to service them. On top, please sort out having different departments to deal with Avios and cash purchases. It’s infuriating being bounced between them and waiting hours on phone

@British_Airways @British_Airways after 4 days of trying to modify my flight (only can be modified by phone) I’m now booking alternative travel and will not consider BA in future. Having been a loyal customer for years, this is the worse travel service at a time when you should be it stepping up.
