@Bradlito1@TonyNashNerd It doesn’t account for down payments, interest rates, property taxes, insurance, or maintenance, all much higher burdens today. Doesn’t address other costs crowding out housing (student debt, healthcare,childcare,higher taxes/payroll as % of income in some eras). Pure metric, ok.
@iam_biglad1 Yep, they raised the minimum wage then turned on the money printing machine which created higher inflation. Minimum wage is worse now than it was before, compared to the period before the change. What would be different this time?
