@British_Airways Thoroughly disappointing that my partner’s priority bag was not put on a 1/3 full flight. But now BA is making me do all the running around and recommending I call up a £6 a minute phone line in the Middle East to get compensation! V cross silver member! Sort it!
@British_Airways I’ve gone through all the avenues to get an answer from you and everything is going around in circles ending in links to your help page and cases closed. CAN I PLEASE TALK TO A HUMAN WHO CAN HELP ME! I am close to Gold membership and questioning my loyalty to this airline!!!!
@British_Airways This wouldn’t be happening though if you just answered your customers requests, something you’ve not done because that link you sent is something I’ve already done and is not helpful!

@British_Airways booking a flight on your website and get to the payment and keep getting an error & then a website fault. Refresh to find the price has jumped up by £1,000!!! What are you playing at! Is this a way to treat a Silver Status member?! Just want the original price!
@British_Airways Please train all your staff and especially the ones working on Club / First check-in about the benefits of Silver status. On numerous occasions I have been nearly charged for my baggage allowance which is in accordance with your website (2x32KG). Wastes time!
@parcelforce Every time I have an order from you it doesn't turn up. Get told I missed the delivery when I have been in the whole time. Also no card left which is even more infuriating. Anytime I see a business use Parcelforce I will flat out refuse to order.
@vueling You are a disgrace of an airline. You are refusing to refund me because of a cancelled flight (which is against EU law) and when I try to call I cannot find a single option to talk to a human being?! Every option tells me to check website.
@VirginActiveUK Why do you make it so hard to renew my membership?! Called 2 weeks ago and got everything agreed - told to expect a call from payment team. I’ve called back twice and been told the same thing! Had this exact issue last year and am without a membership currently!

@British_Airways I am still awaiting my tier points and avios from a flight on the 13th October! Without these tier points that I am owed, I will have to pay 2 x baggage on my flight tomorrow as they will bump me to silver. This needs sorting ASAP!!!!
