Benjamin

[Benjamin @BenjaminEdissi]

I have been alive a long time, before the rebellion when Mr. Jones was here I was here. #nothinghaschanged #donkeyslivelonglifes

[Benjamin @BenjaminEdissi]

For once I will break my rule, and read out to Clover what was written on the wall where the Seven Commandments were written. There was now only one commandment which read "all animals are equal but some are more equal then others."

[Benjamin @BenjaminEdissi]

None of you have ever seen a dead donkey. #longlife

[Benjamin @BenjaminEdissi]

I never laugh because there is nothing to laugh at.

[Benjamin @BenjaminEdissi]

I love spending Sunday with @BoxerBergeron in the small paddock beyond the orchard.

[Benjamin @BenjaminEdissi]

God had given me a tail to keep the flies off

[Benjamin @BenjaminEdissi]

I remember every detail of my long life. Nothing has changed, hunger and hardship still occur.

[Benjamin @BenjaminEdissi]

Things have never been and never will be much better or much worse than now. #unalterablelawoflife

[Benjamin @BenjaminEdissi]

You fools, can you not read, they are taking Boxer to the knacker's to get cut up.

[Benjamin @BenjaminEdissi]

I will keep the flies off of Boxer while I lie down beside him

[Benjamin @BenjaminEdissi]

take care of your health @boxerhyslop

[Benjamin @BenjaminEdissi]

I knew it, in any moment those men are going to pack blasting powder into the hole in the windmill.

[Benjamin @BenjaminEdissi]

Whoever is in charge life will go on like it always had which is badly.

[Benjamin @BenjaminEdissi]

I will not side with either fraction. The windmill will not save work and there will be no increase in food. #nothingwillchange

[Benjamin @BenjaminEdissi]

The rebellion did not change anything. I worked in the same slow obstinate way as I had done in Jones’s time.

[Benjamin @BenjaminEdissi]

donkeys live a long life #youwishyouwereadonkey

[Benjamin @BenjaminEdissi]

no matter who is in charge life will remain unpleasant
