@Devsthetix I feel that “Legs” is too broad a category to be hit effectively in one day. I find that doing one quad dominant day with something that hits the tibs, and one hamstring dominant day with some calf exercises works best. Implement exercises that train glutes on both days.
I didn’t know that, and I’m open to the idea that you’re right. Personally, I don’t like that the fighter said that into the mic. As I said, I’m not an MMA guy and I have plenty of disagreements with Trump, so I’m very comfortable criticizing him if it’s warranted.
But all that being said, I thought the event was cool and very patriotic. I think that’s how most people feel, at least those who don’t live in the absolute leftmost echo chambers of our country. And I say that knowing that you are a smart guy and that you try to be conscientious and unbiased. Not trying to shit on you because of where you live, but I do think your center of gravity from a political standpoint is skewed.
P.S., Past presidents would have keggers and shoot guns on the White House lawn. If anything this is closer to par for the course, not something deeply unceremonious.
I’m not an MMA fan, but I’m not aware of any racist tropes associated with the sport… Seven of the fighters who participated tonight were minorities.
No offense, but I have found that it’s best to immediately discard the policy opinions of anyone who lives in CA. It’s so far gone that any Californian who feels they are “moderate” or “centric” is actually still far left by the standards of most of the rest of the country.
Tonight wasn’t for you, it was for the kinds of people who voted for and have supported president trump - the blue collar men and women of the unglamorous parts of the country. And there are a lot more of us than there are of you.
Spencer Pratt is likely going to be overtaken by far left Nithya Raman today. This graph shows the count on Election Day through last night.
Nithya did this by suddenly winning 1st in every new ballot drop.
North Korean "elections" have more self respect. Even they’d find it absurd for 3rd to suddenly jump to 1st place in every ballot drop DAYS after an election. It’s just ludicrous.
@Mike_M_Klotz@BarelyStreetabl I assume you meant 500 call below maintenance daily. Even if it was 500 below maintenance every week, you’d still have lost ~22lbs over the last 3 years instead of gaining 20.
@Mike_M_Klotz@BarelyStreetabl You would be losing 1lb/week at this rate, which means over 3 years you would have lost 150lbs. You say you gained 20. Your counting must be wayyyyy off. Use the Cal AI app.
@HawksBestie The only thing anyone left of center has to say about this guy is “WhAt aBouT KaNsaS?” Bodes well for Zach that such a flimsy, verifiably false statement is the worst you can find on him. Godspeed with that strategy in Nov.
@IowaTDKing Lahn will get support from the national party, Rob Sand ran unopposed so he's been running a general election campaign from day one. The GOP war chest on a national level is tens of billions, and the National Dems are actually in debt. This will rightsize.
@Hyhhuu7yhi@earlyvotedata Actually everything I said in my post proved true, Zach Lahn did have all the money and momentum, and Randy proves to be so anemic that even a Trump endorsement couldn’t save him. So… maybe you’re the retard, hm?
Trump voter and Iowan here - bottom line is Trump was 0.8% away from screwing our state, possibly irreparably. We’ve all seen what a bad Dem governor can do (Minnesota on our N border is continual reminder). Trump stepping in last minute for feenstra almost doomed our chances and gave us a Rob Sand governor. Trump probably doesn’t care, but all of us in Iowa sure do. Glad we decided to be the only people in the entire country to rebuke his lame endorsement.
