@robbiehendricks Yup, same thing in South Florida. Only people developing are institutional developers with unlimited cash basically. Starts are down about 60% down here.

@investindigital Jacksonville is so underrated and awesome. Went for the first time last year and was blown away. Very different from the rest of Florida but I can see why it's one of the fastest growing cities in the country.

Took a stroll in some neighborhoods in New Orleans and my god these houses are beautiful. 😩
