@hertscc So emailed them as you asked to receive an automated response saying g they aim to respond in 10 working days ahaha this is beyond a joke! I guess it’s time to searching legal advice
@hertscc what an absolute joke! The fact that your SEND department think it’s ok for a child to be out of school for over 4 months is insane and completely unfair on the child! Plus the department promising to call back and never do! How are parents meant to sort this stuff out?
@hertscc I’ve called multiple times and they say they will call back and haven’t once! My child has been out of school for too long this just isn’t fair on him
@virginmedia your internet service over the past few days has been shocking, I’m meant to be getting 1gb down and a lot of the time I’m not even getting 10mb! Sort it out! You guys should have to pay some kind of compensation for this awful service
@virginmedia All devices wired and WiFi, I have already check the status with you guys. I have turned on and off, hard reset, and ever factory reset the router and nothing. It does sometimes return to normal service. But it’s a joke I work from home and I really can be doing without bad net.

@virginmedia I’ve been a customer for just over a week and the internet has already failed costing my partner business, and your live chat on the website is appalling, and now your phone lines aren’t working! Absolutely shocking! Not a happy customer at all, not even a month in

Dont get me started on the bad coms from them via twitter
