Junior Drs low morale isn’t just about pay.
It’s about unnecessary educational hoops, lack of employment stability & being treated like rota fodder rather than being valued.

An overwhelming mandate for action from an abused, belittled, underpaid & desperately demoralised junior workforce.
Know you have our huge support, juniors 💪💪💪💙
Could there be more a heartbreaking example of the cost of living crisis than supermarkets putting baby formula behind tills to stop desperate parents stealing it?
Parents forced into crime to feed their babies 💔
Help them, @10DowningStreet. Do more 🤷♀️

A gentle reminder from Tibetan Buddhist nun Kathleen McDonald (Sangye Khadro):
'Having a kind heart toward yourself lightens the pain of failures and faults, provides the space in which you can grow, and lays a good basis for loving relationships with others' 💙
At some point in all our lives we will be kept alive by a nurse. Morally and practically we should pay them properly. Yet my nursing colleagues have had a decade of real terms pay cuts - I support the #nursingstrike - it’s not about politics it’s about public health. Some say…
