Opinions are my own, apart from the ones I've stolen.

If you ran a small business like big business runs you wouldn’t have one.

Went to pick up @Apple phone at given 15 minute slot. Large line, no estimated time to get device I paid for. Asked rep then how I can cancel “in the app”. Zero fucks given.

I need out of this ecosystem.

[benn @benn]

@tiff_tv @F1 This - 100% - race changing mindlessness that looks like either tampering or incompetence.

[benn @benn]

The audio is so bad @RogersCentre in Toronto that even an accomplished @edsheeran is pretty hard to make out.

See artists live, just do it literally anywhere else folks.

[benn @benn]

@fia stewards having a dumpster fire of a race ruining day already. Penalizing @LewisHamilton for a clear racing incident, and NOT penalizing @Charles_Leclerc for squeezing AND hitting AND damaging @OscarPiastri on a straight. Are they confused which red car to skewer today?

[benn @benn]

“My five year old granddaughter sits on her own all the time, so no.” - says the @AmericanAir gate agent here in ORD when asked if we can move our youngest to a seat next to one of us after getting rescheduled and reassigned due to weather. #CustomerServiceFail

[benn @benn]

Losing the will to live here in Buffalo @shakeshack …. 28 minutes and counting. Most confusing as there was no line when we ordered.

[benn @benn]

Heads up to frequent travelers, avoid routes where @AlaskaAir is the carrier if you book through a partner. They will downgrade your boarding post check in, they will take your money for a seat upgrade and they will not honor it. “System says no”. Disappointing.

[benn @benn]

Hey @AmericanAir tried 4x to upgrade my flight with the “available upgrade”, each time payment taken then it errors. Gate agent equally baffled. I get it though, you really want me to get the message and spend my money with @united

[benn @benn]

@AmericanAir you moved my flight to tomorrow, over 10 hours delay, how will you make this right?

[benn @benn]

@NVIDIAGeForce #GeForceRTX50

[benn @benn]

“Snakes am sneaky danger noodles.”
Lol ChatGPT moment.

[benn @benn]

@British_Airways Feed this back perhaps - do the right thing for your customers, first time.

[benn @benn]

Oh dear @British_Airways - just when I’m forgetting one bad experience, you pop up with another shocker.

Demanding another $1000 a couple of hours before a flight is a new one. And a new low.

This whole family is done with BA after the last two days. Suggestions?

[benn @benn]

@British_Airways Shouldn’t have happened. Shouldn’t have to fight the best part of the day to get BA to do the right thing. Tiresome, unnecessary. If you could do it after multiple hours of discussion, you could have done it right first time.

[benn @benn]

@British_Airways Very “not right” indeed. Flight changed yesterday due to weather disrupting travel, flight changed, rebooking fee charged. Today, couldn’t check in, called, told “actually pay $1000 for us to reissue”.

Enough details to know how wrong a way to treat customers this is?

[benn @benn]

You have to lay a thousand tiny bets for even one to pay off.

Lay many.

[benn @benn]

@AbbiPulling @British_Airways The worst BA experience I’ve had was in Paris. The second worst in Toulouse. BA do not care about how bad their French service is.

[benn @benn]

@Help_Britishy “Probable spam” lol

[benn @benn]

When you excitedly fly @British_Airways First and the food is … bad. Really bad.

Come on, no one serious is ok with the dry flavourless terrine you just served me.

Bread couldn’t be split it was so hard.

Regret every time I fly BA, my fault for trying again.

[benn @benn]

Oh dear. Main course was worse. A small dry lump of “beef” that was just not something worth eating.

This food is worse than I’ve had in economy years ago. The staff don’t seem surprised.

Is anyone standing for this in first? Really?
