We finally fixed a persistent GPU crash bug. The breakthrough wasn't a new debugging tool, but a specific laptop from a beta tester. The real insight? In an un-reproducible crash, the hardware is often the critical piece you're missing. Don't debug in the dark. #gamedev#indiedev
Call it uncool; it’s survival. Indies die from illiquidity. Monthly I update 3 scenarios and default to the pessimistic one, treating any upside as a bonus. Stress test: rev -50%, payments 60–90d late, costs +20%. Only proceed if worst-case leaves 6-12m runway. #gamedev#indiedev
