@onepeloton @onepeloton ended the phone call yesterday as they didn’t have a supervisor for me to talk to at 3 PM. Was told someone will call me tomorrow (today), probably in the AM. It’s now 2 PM. No call. Based on what the employee told me yesterday supervisors are gone at 3. Tick tock.

.@onepeloton we’ve now had your tread for one month without being able to use it. Techs showed up two hours early. Paid for expert set up; tried running on it and the tread dead stops with pressure of running. Wife almost falls into the screen. Call, they scheduled service. (1/?)

@onepeloton @onepeloton over a hour spent on the phone today with you. Told me at 3 PM on a Thursday they don’t have a supervisor there that could speak to me after they ghosted me on Tuesday. Said “rest assured” service tech will be out for today. No one came.

@onepeloton @onepeloton the amount of work and schedules I’ve had to rearrange over the course of this month trying to get it delivered and then for techs to come out that either cancel night before or just don’t show or for you to just no respond is ridiculous.

@onepeloton Time and time again we have planned and maneuvered our lives to work around your schedule. Which is nearly impossible as you can’t even honor your own schedule. Over a month now of not being able to use the tread.

@onepeloton @onepeloton tried to smooth it over the first time talking on the phone saying they would request expedited service to come fix it, also that I wouldn’t have to pay for any new parts (why would I, it’s new?)…month later, confirming yet another appt then immediately cancelling it

@onepeloton @onepeloton update: sent my wife an email with updated dates/times on Friday (poor history of showing up on time; if at all) and we are only offered Thursday’s. After careful planning and coordinating we select this Thursday. Only to get this message back…this is ridiculous.

@LLysowski Yeah, Ducks and Columbus. MacTavish scored and then got a penalty for goalie interference. Could have added to the weird penalty/goal situations tonight.
