(part 1/3) I ordered medicine on 07/07/2026 at 9:40 AM for an elderly diabetic patient (Order: PO18726152100575). It showed the medicine would be delivered before 11:00 PM, so I trusted your promised timeline. It still hasn't been delivered. @1mgOfficial
