The Queen is back 👑
Nancy Pelosi just disclosed two new trades:
$INTC calls — up to $5,000,000
$UBER calls — up to $1,000,000
Both with a $50 strike price, expiring March 2027.
She's been quiet since January, but not anymore.
New Dolphins regime wants badly to shed soft label and add physical, aggressive people with edge
“it's important to me that this team looks a certain way and moves a certain way,” GM Jon-Eric Sullivan said. “I believe it's a big man's game… We want to build this team big, physical at all positions and have a size advantage.”
First off, that’s dumb because there is absolutely no way they could have taken the full Tua cap hit in one season.
Second, this league is run by QBs. No QB, no chance. Waiting on a 2027 QB might turn out like waiting on a 2026 QB and you end up like the Jets.
1. CrowdStrike
"Did you catch George Kurtz on Mad Money last night, the CEO of CrowdStrike? If you did, I bet you bought CrowdStrike right into that 40-point decline this morning, a hole caused by the press, Fortune magazine, saying that Anthropic, which I told you is Anthropic the impaler, has a cybersecurity killer. Well you know what we did? Homework. And it's not true. If anything we are hearing the Anthropic offering will actually spur more business because of its dangerous inefficiencies. George Kurtz all but said the AI companies that are puffing about being cybersecurity companies aren’t taking any business because they are not serious about the profession. Sometimes I feel like we’re talking about veterinarians doing brain surgery. Yes, CrowdStrike stock is expensive but there is a price to be paid for being the best. And that price is a high price-to-earnings ratio."
You know what? When there are terrorist attacks in the US by extremists I’d prefer that the same politicians and podcasters who egg them on with non stop inflammatory rhetoric and by endorsing Hamas rallies and who refuse to condemn phrases like “Globalize the intifada” and who blame everything on Jews don’t then try to act surprised or sympathetic when these attacks happen. It’s insulting and you’re not fooling anybody. I’d rather Mamdani be more like his wife who probably already smashed the like button a billion times and threw a party at Gracie Mansion. At least she owns it. Give me the straight forward hatred rather than the hypocrisy.
Allow Dolphins owner Steve Ross to explain why he hired Jon-Eric Sullivan as the team’s new general manager.
“I could not be more excited to welcome Jon-Eric Sullivan as our next general manager. Jon-Eric brings a clear vision for how to build and run a football team, founded upon his own experience at a winning organization,” Ross said. “As we went through our search process, it became undeniable the respect Jon-Eric has across the league as a talent evaluator, leader and man of integrity. We had an extremely talented group of candidates, and Jon-Eric’s ability to stand out so clearly speaks to how impressive he is — not only for his experience, but also his depth of knowledge, his detail-oriented approach and his passion. I believe we found the best of the best in Jon-Eric, and I’m looking forward to working with him as he leads us into a new era of Dolphins football.“
I wanna take some time to say some words about Mike McDaniel.
While I do think it was time to move on, I do feel some empathy for him.
Unlike many coaches who have been here, he was honored to lead this franchise and never took it for granted.
I have massive amounts of respect for someone that gives it their all, never quits, and truly loves what they do.
All the reports coming out now about how shocked he was to be fired, and how emotional he was hearing the news, does hit a soft spot of mine.
Mike is a good guy, who battled a lot to get this opportunity. I truly wish him the best and hope he learns from his time here and becomes a great HC. #PhinsUp
The Miami Dolphins have brought on Hall-of-Fame QB and ESPN analyst Troy Aikman as a consultant to advise the organization on its general manager search process, per sources.
It is not a permanent role, but he will be an advisor throughout the process for the Dolphins’ next GM.
What did you think "globalise the intifada" meant? #BondiBeach
THIS is what that chant actually means. It's got nothing to do with "freeing Palestine". It's a call to murder Jews wherever they live in the world.
Stop pretending you didn't know.
There’s no bigger heart break than finally accepting reality that the quarterback you drafted in the first round and invested is indeed not that guy. You fought battles with friends and rivals defending that guy and you end up the loser in the end. Sad
