@marksandspencer purchased a bouquet of British flame sunflowers online for my parents Wedding Anniversary. The wrong bouquet was delivered to them! What makes this worse, they did the exact same thing last year and delivered wrong bouquet as the one I purchased wasn’t available!

@scentsy I have 9 of your warmers and love the product. However, the base unit has broken on my Nova warmer. The two clips that hold it in place have broken. I now live 250 miles from the consultant I bought it from. How do I get it replaced? I’ve emailed UK cust supp - no reply!

@DunelmUK so, drove 30 Miles to our nearest Dunelm store to buy a Dorma Winchester duvet cover. Probably more than we wanted to pay at £80 but if you're looking for quality. Opened it, washed it, and now look at it, so much for quality.

Elderly parents bought an expensive British Wagyu Beef Joint as a treat for Christmas from @AldiUK and it was the worst piece of beef ever, full of gristle! Couldn't carve it let alone eat it! Complained to Aldi CS team who replied to say they can't help! Shame on you Aldi!🤬!
