Dear Heavenly Father, as I stand at the doorway of 2026, I come before You in the name of Jesus Christ. Before this new year fully unfolds, I place my life, my family, my work, and my future into Your hands. Go before me, and destroy every plan of darkness set against my life.
By the authority of Jesus, every curse that tried to follow me from previous years is stopped here. Every negative word, every repeated pattern, every hidden plan meant to delay my progress or steal my peace is cancelled now. What was sent to weaken me will not enter 2026 with me.
Cover my home with Your presence.
Guard my steps with Your wisdom.
Order my days with Your peace.
I declare that 2026 will not be marked by struggle, but by direction; not by heaviness, but by freedom; not by curses, but by the blessing of God.
Lord, I will not keep this prayer to myself. I promise to share this prayer with at least one person today. In the victorious name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

We Just Witnessed A Miracle. Praise Jesus Christ. Yes, Miracles Are REAL…
This weekend we noticed our 11-month-old son wheezing with every breath. ‘He has a virus,’ we thought. After 24 hours of no other symptoms, we realized our worst fear: a foreign object. He ingested something, it got stuck and was blocking his breathing. We dropped our daughters off with the grandparents and sped to the hospital.
X-Rays were inconclusive — can’t see objects that are not metal. The ER doctor was ready to send us home. But my nurse wife’s spiritual instincts were sharp and Kate insisted.
After admission to the Operating Room and an excruciating 90 minute endoscopy a sunken-faced doctor emerged to give us news parents fear most: ‘Yes, there is something stuck in his left upper bronchus. I can’t get it out. I tried everything.’ It was a piece of yellow crayon.
We spent a tortured night awake watching over our exhausted baby in a medical crib hooked up to monitors.
In the morning, a children’s lung specialist came to see us. Dr John wanted to try again. It was this or removal of part of my son’s lung. We agreed. Another round of anesthesia, and then you hand your infant over to near-total strangers.
It rips your soul out.
We waited outside the Operating Room, every second bound-up in prayer. After another 90-minute eternity The Pulmonologist emerged; sweaty and tired and looking exhausted. He stopped in front of us and then held up a small medical vial with the floating remnants of a yellow crayon.
We both broke-down in real tears.
The doctor had exercised every skill and tool deep inside the lung of our boy for over an hour. He nearly gave up. But then, just the right alignment of the obstruction and it mover — they GOT IT. The doctor called it ‘lucky’ I call it a literal miracle.
Baby Theodore is home and doing great. Praise GOD.
As a parent, seeing your child in pain and suffering is the worst feeling on earth. This is where faith becomes real. Knowing your child is going to be OK is the best feeling on earth. Nothing even comes close. Never lose faith. Trust the Holy Spirit. And remember Jesus Christ is the great healer. Christ is King. 👑
