You're right brother. This is a weakness in our Protestant Churches.

My reflection about it is that we focus a bit too much in the task of the clergy (CA7: Word and Sacrament), but put too little emphasis on the task of the flock: "love one another".

It's good that we gather with the purpose of encountering Christ in Word and Sacrament (not just to meet our brothers and sisters). But this encounter with Christ should lead us to consciously and actively build healthy relationships.
