I think investing is really hard. The only reason why I was able to build confidence in $ABCL was because of things like
- their $1B+ available liquidity
- huge list of partnerships with big players, which was validation in my eyes
- their success with DARPA and admission into the P3 program
- record breaking work during COVID
- backing from Thiel which validated Carl as a elite founder + AbCellera as a zero to one company
- backed by Canadian government
- Carl was mentored by the legendary Stephen Quake
- the list goes on
Having that in the back of my mind gave me confidence that everything else was real as I dug deeper.
Same case with $PLTR back in the day (and still ever-evolving). A ton of external validation that mostly wasn’t showing up on the financial statements. That gave the rest of the thesis legs.
The market was giving both stocks zero respect but it was easy to look past the noise and trust the company would execute - the strong balance sheets made it much easier to be patient. There was real evidence that both companies were special, regardless of what the market was saying at the time.
Almost every company will have a compelling narrative. External validation helps determine whether that narrative may have merit.
I find these kind of situations to be most compelling for finding multibaggers. It’s quite difficult to find them. However, every once in a while, the market will present opportunities.
$NAUT reports Q3 tomorrow.
EPS isn't the story. Execution is.
4 things I'm watching:
→ Voyager — early '27 pre-orders / mid-'27 shipments still on track?
→ Early Access — real customer traction?
→ Cash burn + any use of the $125M ATM?
→ AKT1 + proteoform pipeline — execution on roadmap?
The key question:
Can NAUTILUS turn scientific validation into commercial traction?
Big news: we paid off Generate…

@TheRealBirnbaum@amitisinvesting Amit has in the past 2 y become a compounder investor at most. I don’t think he finds asymmetric bets that moon$ anymore. But I like him a lot, just doesn’t strike stocks who become mid cap companies anymore..
$PLTR
L3Harris unified 30+ ERP systems on Palantir.
Built its own models on its own data.
In days, it beat the frontier labs.
And cut costs 95%.
That's not a chatbot.
That's an ontology.

$NAUT has hit my profit zone and if it can breach purple/silver resistance today, it's time to reveal my next target. 😊
As mentioned, might have a new ticker idea today so stay tuned... researched it with Startup users over the weekend!

Be ready. After Abbot win and audit approvals, tons of new deals ahead, not only CIPHER, but many other players also.
There is no hurry to sign, terms are improving. I expect Ulysses or Odessa or Reveille deal before Q3 report or with that (not in abbot audit process).
1GW big project will be sold in December (assuming audit approval). They will start the build-out right after the approval. Massive deal ahead.
Thinking about it in hindsight, I think one of the main reasons I got into $NBIS, $ZETA, $ABCL, and $NAUT ahead of consensus is that I very rarely debated bears and doomers.
Energy, thinking capacity, forward outlook, the people you interact with, and your timeline are all zero-sum games. There’s only so much attention you can allocate, and ultimately, only so many signals you can let into your space and process.
And I don’t think you can enrich your asymmetric theses on early-stage businesses by constantly engaging with doomers stress-testing their income statements, cash flow statements, balance sheets, and moats as if they were Google or Meta, only to conclude that they’ll never work.
To find those asymmetries, I think you need to be selective about the signals you expose yourself to. You want signals that expand your thinking, not constantly pull it back toward what everyone already knows.
This is very individual. For me, it’s listening to great builders and people who think big, like Jensen, reading science fiction, going into nature when processing thoughts on small caps, or simply avoiding small and closed spaces.
And I mean that quite literally. I believe small and closed spaces constrain creative thinking, while open spaces enrich it. Think about those magnificent European palaces and cathedrals, with their enormous interiors that make you feel like your mind can wander freely. Architects and artists spent years or decades creating in spaces like these, surrounded by grandeur, openness, works of art taking shape, and a sense of endless possibility.
I think something similar happens with investing. The intellectual space you create around yourself influences the kinds of possibilities you can imagine.
Back to stocks…
Every small-cap, early-stage growth business needs to conjure up some magic. Because if everything were already clear and perfect, it would probably be a large-cap business trading at 20–25x free cash flow. But it’s not.
The whole point of finding an asymmetric opportunity early is recognizing what a business could become before that potential is obvious in its financial statements.
So by choosing not to engage with dooming bears, I believe you free up some extra capacity to think about whether these teams can actually produce some magic and overcome their early challenges. So the focus shifts from constantly debating why something might not work to understanding what it would take for these teams to actually make it work.
Of course, there’s no guarantee this approach will work every time, but I believe it improves the probability of success. It’s something I’ve personally found useful, though it might not work for everyone. After all, part of the investing journey is figuring out what works for you and developing your own style.
Mine involves being very protective of my timeline and the intellectual space I give myself to think.
And funny enough, Parag Mallick, Chief Scientist of Nautilus, is actually a part-time magician. I believe that, too, increases the probability of $NAUT making some magic.
$NAUT
— A BIG OPPORTUNITY IN PROTEOMICS.
Nautilus is developing technology to help researchers understand proteins at an unprecedented level, potentially unlocking new paths in drug discovery and disease research.
Why I’m STRONGLY BULLISH:
1. Breakthrough technology with the potential to reveal hidden protein insights.
2. Early commercialization is underway, with initial customer revenue already reported.
3. Huge long-term potential in next-generation proteomics.
if Nautilus delivers, the upside could be significant.
STRONGLY BULLISH ON $NAUT

We estimate there will be another 800-1,000 datacenters built in the US over the next few years..this will be a Game of Thrones battle in the tech world to secure compute power. SpaceX is aggressively building out its hyperscaler infrastructure vs neoclouds and cloud players 🏆🥊
$ABCL The squeeze potential here is real imo. As of july 31 the stock had 23.6% of the float short and 9.7 days to cover. Probably since the company switched from service for fee to completely bet on themselves and people betting against the Q2 print.
Latest insider buys
• Aug 14: CFO Andrew Booth bought 37,200 shares at $10.32 (~$384K).
• Aug 18: Director John Montalbano bought 10,000 shares at $11.03 (~$110K).
• Aug 12: Hayden bought 46,387 shares at $10.37 (~$481K).
No insider selling as of latest 6 months and good data readout so far as management tightens the burn rate per quarter. I’m betting the daily wedge plays out and put my money where my mouth is. Next objective will be breaking $12,86 and finally testing that $15 level imo.
Once again I go all in! All in on management taking this home.

$ABCL 🚨 — HUGE NEW PHASE 3 DATA FOR T-CELL ENGAGERS! 🧬🔥
Amgen just released detailed results from its Phase 3 DeLLphi-305 trial at ESMO 2026, and the numbers are incredible.
💥 58% reduction in the risk of death
💥 Median overall survival: 21.1 months vs. 12.7 months
💥 One-year survival: 79% vs. 53%
💥 Progression-free survival: 7.4 months vs. 1.9 months
This is a T-cell engager treating one of the most aggressive forms of lung cancer!
The trial’s success was announced in September, but these detailed survival numbers were released TODAY, October 24.
WHY DOES THIS MATTER FOR $ABCL?
AbCellera has a major T-cell engager partnership with Jazz Pharmaceuticals targeting gastrointestinal cancers and other solid tumors.
That deal includes:
💰 $84M in committed upfront payments
💰 Up to $792M in potential additional payments PER PROGRAM
💰 Up to $2.376 BILLION across three programs, plus potential royalties!
Amgen’s results provide powerful clinical validation for T-cell engagers in solid tumors, although they don’t prove anything about AbCellera’s specific candidates.
Big Pharma is investing billions in this space, and we’re seeing just how transformative these therapies can potentially be.
Meanwhile, most of the attention on $ABCL remains focused on ABCL635.
The TCE platform and its multibillion-dollar partnership potential are a massive part of the investment thesis that I believe the market continues to underestimate.
This is much bigger than one drug. 🧬🚀

@gr8_ivan Inflation and bond yields outta control it seems, at least in America but also in France. Toxic for the stock market. 📉 I bet we will see a correction within 3-4 months, it may not be huge but I’m 35% in cash. And they have been withdrawn..
