An Algerian illegal migrant working for Deliveroo dragged a woman off the streets in Chelsea, West London and raped her

He left her with 33 bruises after the vicious attack requiring emergency medical attention

He then went to the Accident and Emergency department of the nearby Hospital she was being treated at to try and find her to do it AGAIN
