The Lubbock Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing and endangered person.
Officers responded to a report of a missing person in the 1500 block of East 50th Street at 1:35 p.m. on May 18th.
82-year-old Leo Cerna is a Hispanic male who weighs 150 lbs. and is 5’6”. He was last seen wearing a black hat, black vest, green plaid shirt and black pants. Cerna is believed to be on foot.
