This scene from Live and Let Die was filmed at a crocodile farm owned by a man called Ross Kananga. He doubled for Roger Moore when Bond runs across the crocs' backs. Their legs were tethered and their jaws tied shut. The last one broke its mouth restraint and narrowly missed Kananga's foot.
@MikeFromHC@AmirisphereDX@vxylily Absolutely. My wife had been in an abusive marriage before we met, and her ex-husband was exactly the same. Sometimes, she wasn't even allowed to talk on the phone to her male colleagues. Still, that particular nasty little shitstain is pushing up the daisies now.
His motivation is that he is a monumental shit-stirrer of the highest order who delights in poking his beak into the affairs of others. He is the epitome of the man who wants to watch the world burn.
I am reminded of a quote from Ernst Rรถhm, head of the Nazi stormtroopers: "since I am an immature and wicked man, I prefer civil unrest over good, bourgeois order."
@K_Osieglewski@DavonbrownSBG@elonmusk Trade. China is the largest global market for import and export. And since the US is now destroying its own economy with the Orange Shitgibbon's tariffs and attacking Iran, any sensible investors will gravitate to where the profit to risk ratio is more favourable.
@cortadinho@DavonbrownSBG@elonmusk No, it isn't. I have Scandinavian and German ancestry and beyond passing interest I have no skin in the game as to what happens over there. Musk is a trouble maker who delights in poking his beak into things that don't concern him.
@NeilTur10639148@Goto_paulcastle The only people the Russians managed to kill in the Salisbury attacks were innocent members of the public. Their target survived. The FSB are a shadow of their predecessors.
