The Root Cap Cuticle @CellCellPress. Our work on the identification of a cuticle present at the root cap of young primary and lateral roots and its role in seedling establishment and lateral root emergence.
Happy to share my first paper! Thanks to everyone!

Happy to share this preprint! We looked into phloem differentiation and stumbled over pectin. Interesting thing is, pll12 seems to be affected specifically in long distance transport. The older the plant, the longer the root, the more important it becomes.
Happy to share our recent work on tomato CLEs by @SamyCarbonnel!The combined approach revealed 37 new CLE genes in addition to 15 previously annotated. Using tomato mutants in CLE receptor genes, we show the conserved mechanism for the perception of root active peptides.

Great collaboration with Christiane Nawrath’s group @unil, and thanks to @NikoGeldner, @MarieBarberon and @geislerlab for input.
Now that I have actually read it - this is indeed a great and timely review about periderm formation. Written by an amazing team of specialists. Congratulations to @olga_serra_@AP_Mahonen @ragni_laura @Sandy_Heth ! Highly recommended!

Two new studies on #Omicron tell us how individuals vaccinated 3x with mRNA vaccines or those with mixed vaccination may be better protected. What does this mean for the #COVID19 pandemic? Read more: https://t.co/O0tDH84hfr @BalazsLab https://t.co/MKkAkMsP2R @snpoehlm#SARSCoV2

A toolbox from our lab to improve speed, ease and flexibility of CRISPR/Cas9 mutagenesis in plants! Now out in Plant Methods https://t.co/bocf4Xv5S2 All vectors available @Addgene A great teamwork led by @Robertas_U, with help from @583original and @VDenervaud.
Happy to share with you our review on the interplay existing between trichome development and cuticle formation. A nice way to connect my PhD and PostDoc research.
