Born in Jax Florida before the dawn of life. Educated at The Juilliard School and Columbia U, but mainly from living. Not too long, but maybe too much?
@CreateSpace How funny that the first post I see is 'The Down Comforter' π That book was very helpful to me when I suffered from deep depression. I remember being inspired by being told cleaning your teeth and combing your hair should be regarded as achievements !!!!
More stupido--title is not "beast" depression--although that's true too. it's THE DOWN COMFORTER How to BEAT Depression. New 2nd ed. Amazon ISBN 9780979194924. The book's smart anyway.
Stupido--I thought the cover photo would show up--it didn't-- so neither did the title. THE DOWN COMFORTER How to beast Depression and Pull Yourself Out of the Blues.

When I wrote THE DOWN COMFORTER, a huge sinkhole had just swallowed up my life. Everything I dreamed of and worked for went down into a black pit, taking me with it. I had no idea how to build a new life, or if I wanted to. All night talks to my ceiling resulted in this book.

Fresno Bee: In this reviewers opinion, a book fully as deserving as βPulling Your Own Strings.β (Wayne Dyer)
