Unfortunately the same issue has occurred just after I got my money from them.
I initiated another transaction and immediately got debited with all accompanying charges to follow only for the transaction to fail again.

I waited almost a week for a reversal of my earlier transaction complaint only to experience another failed transaction this is bad

This transaction hasn’t been rectified even after 24hrs and when one goes to any of their branches, they expect you to be civil after causing so much distress and frustration over their service 🤦🏽‍♂️
