Rescue centres are FULL. No space. No funding. Meanwhile, breeders keep pumping out puppies, councils hand out licences, and online sites make it easier than ever to buy then dump.

This isn’t “tough times” - this is selfish, heartless cruelty. People treat living animals like disposable toys.

Where’s the outrage? Where are the politicians demanding urgent action -mandatory neutering, breeding bans for profit-driven operations, cracking down on puppy farms, and proper chipping/enforcement?

We ban certain breeds overnight but let thousands of dogs suffer and die in cages? Hypocrisy.

3 Afghan men found guilty of gang raping a 17-year-old girl before fleeing the UK in the back of a lorry.

Mehrab Safi, 21, Awal Ahmadzai and Salman Habibkheli, both 19, were convicted of committing multiple offences against the girl at a house in the St Werburghs area of Bristol in the early hours of 30 November. Days after, they were arrested by French police in Calais.

A 17-year-old boy - who cannot be named for legal reasons - was also convicted of rape.

🔴 Affaire Louis – L’Aide sociale à l’enfance, qui avait la charge de Louis, lynché à mort le 19 juin dernier, était au courant des violences qu’il subissait.

Selon mes informations, après une agression violente de plusieurs individus contre Louis le 12 juin, la gendarmerie avait informé un éducateur de l’Aide sociale à l’enfance des violences qu’il subissait.

D’autres témoignages d’amis de Louis, que nous avons récupéré, font état de plusieurs autres agressions, humiliations et violences subies par le jeune homme de 17 ans, de la part d’un large groupe d’individus, dont les profils n’étaient pas les mêmes à chaque agression. Cette réalité était également, selon eux, connue du foyer de l’ASE où il se trouvait.

Louis avait porté plainte pour coups et blessures le 11 mai et avait été entendu par les gendarmes le 12 juin après avoir subi des violences en réunion. Selon le témoignage de l’une de ses plus proches amies, recueilli au téléphone, Louis comptait retourner à la gendarmerie pour terminer de déposer sa plainte concernant les faits du 12 juin, après avoir soigné ses blessures.

Lors de son passage à l’hôpital après l’agression du 12 juin, il avait également raconté les violences qu’il subissait.

En quelques mois, Louis a été victime d’au moins trois agressions très graves, dont une mortelle. C’était pourtant la mission de l’État, à travers l’ASE, de protéger le jeune Louis.
