@Edenreduk managed to get my order from pending to paid after a week on Tuesday, 3 days later it’s still paid?! How much longer til it’s fulfilled & our FSM families actually receive their codes??

We are all still here trying to approve orders to get past pending but just getting an error message & apparently @Edenreduk @Edenred have shut for the bank holiday whilst our vulnerable families are still without support! Not good enough from them or @educationgovuk
