I grew up on the cattle grazing fields of Asutsuare Junction in the Shai Osudoku District of the Greater Accra Region.
As the last born and only child in the family to be lucky enough to be enrolled in school, my options were limited.
Lawyer? Hell no!!! Not in this village.

On 30th September, I was honoured with the Grassroots Leadership Award at the maiden GAAS Women’s Awards.
A recognition that reminds me to keep serving, keep showing up and keep making a difference through @ValCharity1.
Thank you, GAAS, for the honour. 🙏🏾

Last Saturday, I was a speaker on the “She Thinks, She Moves” panel at the https://t.co/m3svtQwe0u by @berlamundi Conference, where I shared my journey and hopefully inspired others to begin theirs too.
I’m grateful that I had the courage to carve my own path around the things I cared so much about from a very young age. It started as a desire to help and has now become my passion, my purpose, and work that is changing lives in ways I could never have imagined.
Your path does not have to look like everyone else’s. Find what matters to you, build around it, and keep going. Nothing is impossible with God. ❤️
Dear @berlamundi, you are such a force, and you have such a good heart. Congratulations to you and your team for creating such an impactful space for hundreds of women to learn, connect, and grow.
A special highlight for me was meeting the superstar @chefabbys, my senior from Wesley Girls’ High School. I’m always so proud of her. It was also lovely connecting with so many other inspiring women.
The best is still yet to come. 💕✨
Hosting an event in Ghana is not easy!!! Money, time, stress.... But this weekend the B You Conference will be too exciting. My team has done so well 🥰🥰
