Sadly we were too late yesterday to give the esteemed ladies a presentation of Sacred Harp singing! They had already left for the opera when we met to sing at Refugio.

In the heart of Kreuzberg, The Queen Consort met staff, volunteers and residents at Refugio, a meeting place for locals and new Berlin residents.

The centre hosts regular language cafes where non-native speakers can practise with friends. #RoyalVisitGermany

We meet in the Northeast corner of the feld, near the barn-like building. If you enter the Feld from Schillerkiez / Herrfurthstraße, turn right and follow the circumferential tarmac path which circles the feld counterclockwise.
