@Chris78Williams Im not buying the Rio and Morton stuff. A 17yo who is not considered part of 1st team plans just stays in the U21s. Klopp loaned out Tyler 2 years in a row and he wasn't getting into that 24/25 midfield. 15 million for a surplus player with 14 senior appearances seems ok

@beth_lindop Is this just a symptom of the game now that we dont have those old school leaders like Gerrard, Hendo, Millie etc. Does any top club have them ? as per @mrbloodred Slot was a peacetime leader, I fear Virgil is the same. He has the respect, but no fear factor.

@LFCLaurie You realise that you cannot sell a player without their permission. If the player wants to run their contract down nothing a club can do, if the player stalls on negotiations, nothing a club can do. If the player wants X more money than club willing to pay, nothing club can do
