@LumberLaw Juries do get it wrong! And violent men are acquitted or not held accountable for their actions. Look at OJ Simpson, his ‘Dream Team’ of lawyers convinced a jury to allow him to walk free after he murdered the wife he had violently abused for years.

I didn’t give a #*?&, and wasn’t taking it anymore, and I stood up to him. Wasn’t easy, or probably smart. In the end, he was convicted with assault.

@CourtTV No. Justice was not served and the truth was not revealed. A civil case only determines that her defamation of him was more egregious and easily linked to her than was his defamation of her. The true victim and perpetrator of IPV can only be determined in a criminal proceeding.
