Doesn’t get much recognition, but there is now a Youth Mental Health qualification certified by Ofqual, from Year 9 onwards. Only requires 6 hours participation.

This is something I am proud to be involved in, and will always make time for schools to deliver this for them.

All too often feedback doesn’t create opportunities for pupils to feedforward and allow application to different contexts from across the curriculum. It ends up looking at isolated components / composites creating a 1/

Experience is key when running teams and collaboration is even more important. Experience gives you more connections and clearer ideas about how to integrate new programmes.

@chatbiology I also love the idea of testing the antiseptic properties of natural foods like lemon, garlic turmeric etc to link to homeopathy ans modern day medicine on seeded agar plats for communicable disease.

@GillianKeegan Additionally, the councils need to pay monthly and on time rather than arrears. Especially for childminders and small businesses they cannot wait 3-4 months to be paid.

@GillianKeegan The problem is the £4.90 per hour does not meet the cost of the childcare.providers. if they enter your scheme it causes financial loss for them. Really you need to allow them to charge a capped top up on top of the subsidy to allow them to survive.
