@Vodacom Yet again the whole day no one contacted me. All I get is SMSs stating the failed delivery.

@Vodacom They advised me that the courier stated I was unavailable at the address. My issue was that no one contacted me that they were on their way. We rescheduled for today and advised that the driver must contact me before they come. The arrangement was made with the courier.

@Vodacom This morning I had an emergency at our office and contacted the courier directly and advised them of the situation, The person I spoke to tried to contact the driver but could not reach him/her. I advised the personnel that the driver must contact me before coming.
